Q: I saw an item online but I cannot seem to find it on the website!?

A: Unfortunately, if you see an item on our social media but you do not see it available on our website, the item is no longer available. We understand how frustrating this can be so we are always looking to restock our most requested pieces or replace them with a similar style. Sign up for email to stay informed and send us a note to let us know what style you're looking for!

Q: What size should I purchase?

A: All sizing and fit information can be found within the designated style's description. Check out additional pictures at the bottom of the product page. Email us with additional questions.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders ship within 1-4 business days.

 

Q: Where do you ship?

 A: We ship nationwide! Please choose a shipping option at checkout. You will see all the available options. 

 

Q: Have you received my exchange items and how long does it take to show in my account?

A: Please allow up to 10 business days (from the day that Noite Rose is provided with tracking) for us to receive your return. An email will be sent to you once the exchange is processed. If you have not received an email within 10 business days of us receiving the package, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
