Please allow 1-4 business days for processing. These times may be extended during holidays and promotions. Once it has been processed, you will be notified via email with tracking.

Noite Rose is not responsible for stolen or lost items following confirmed delivery via tracking. 

If your package goes missing and is unable to be tracked as delivered, please email us and we will create a claim with UPS. Once the claim is completed and accepted, we will proceed with store credit. Claims take 14-30 days to process.
